Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than CarGenerator, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Cancellation
Customers can request a refund within 24 hours after placing an order on CarGenerator.com. and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days.
Return
We offer a 60-day money back guarantee, subject to 15% restocking fee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gear – no hassle returns. This only applies to products purchased directly from CarGenerator. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
Refund

Return Shipping Cost
We will charge you the restocking fee under these circumstances:
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
- Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
- Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
